Our Managing Partners
Needa began her career in the hospitality industry after graduating with a BA in Speech and Communications from San Francisco State University. (Go Gators!) She had over 13 years of corporate experience in operational management, before truly realizing she never really had purpose or enjoyed what she was doing on a day to day.
In 2012 she transitioned her career to marketing and sales, which she was quickly given the opportunity to manage teams in the Bay Area and handled recruiting and sales training for Fortune 500 telecom companies. Needa came across the opportunity in 2013 to train alongside Leah, essentially leading both to partnering up and expanding their businesses to Los Angeles, CA in 2018. Currently Needa consults for over 16 regional offices on the West Coast.
Needa’s passion for helping people originated from the last decade of mentoring and coaching others in their careers. She loves working with people and helping others grow personally, professionally, and financially. Needa wants to teach and show people how to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through real estate investing, so people can enjoy a rich and fulfilled life.
Leah was born in Chattanooga, TN and was raised in Georgia. She is the oldest of 7 siblings in which she helped her single parent raise. At an incredibly early age Leah understood the financial burden and responsibility put upon her, hence the reason she began working at age 14. Having various jobs allowed Leah to naturally develop interpersonal communication skills, which led her onto a career path to San Francisco Bay Area in sales and eventually owning her own business in landscape and interior design.
In 2008 due to the economic downturn, Leah pivoted onto a viable telecommunications industry partnering with Fortune 500 clients AT&T, Comcast, and T-Mobile. For over a decade Leah scaled and helped create a nationwide footprint for customer acquisitions, in which she found a passion for helping people. As an entrepreneur, she recognizes and appreciates the teams around her knowing that the success of any business is built upon always leading by example, so Leah works as hard for our clients as she would work for herself.
Now with over 21 years of sales and marketing experience and running a business, Leah has sought the benefits of investing in multifamily real estate. She wants to help people put their hard-earned money to work for them, by helping others acquire assets that can change their quality of life.

With 15 year of Real Estate experience Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their own properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
